Disney’s “Dream Big, Princess” movie marathon coming to AMC Theatres starting in September

Disney fans, you’re going to want to clear your schedules starting next month with the big news that Disney and AMC Theatres have joined forces for the “Dream Big, Princess” movie marathon!

Starting in early September through mid-October, fans will be able to enjoy five Disney fairytale classics on the big screen in celebration of some of your favorite Disney princesses.

“Dream Big, Princess provides movie-goers the chance to relive iconic Disney movies that continue to resonate with fans today,” said Stephen Colanero, Chief Marketing Officer, AMC. “We’re so excited to bring these movies back to the big screen for movie fans of all ages, many of whom can finally experience it the way these films were meant to be seen: in the amazing environment of a movie theatre.”

The line-up is as follows:

Beauty and the Beast (1991): September 15-21

Mulan (1998): September 22-28

Tangled (2010): September 29-October 5

The Princess and the Frog (2009): October 6-12

Brave (2012): October 13-19

According to Oh My Disney, this special series is coming to 304 AMC movie theatre locations and each will have a total of 70 Disney Princess movie showtimes. Each of the movies will be showcased for one week, with 14 showtimes at 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily.

AMC is offering advance tickets for the limited time event so don’t delay and secure your seat for this very special movie marathon when they go on sale starting August 2.
